Helio Camera is designed to work primarily on your device without requiring account registration. However, we may collect:

• Photos and videos you capture using the App — these remain stored on your device unless you explicitly choose to share or export them.

• Feedback or support requests you submit to us directly.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain technical information:

• Device information: device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
• App usage data: features used, crash reports, performance metrics, and error logs.
• Camera and sensor data: exposure settings, lens parameters, and related metadata used to enhance image processing — this data is processed locally on your device.

2.3 Camera and Media Access

Helio Camera requires access to your device's camera, microphone (for video), and photo library. We access these only when you actively use the App. Photos and videos captured with the App are stored locally on your device. We do not upload your media to our servers without your explicit action.

2.4 Location Information

If you enable geotagging features, the App may access your device's location to embed GPS coordinates in photo metadata (EXIF data). You can disable location access at any time in your device settings. Location data is stored only within your photo files and is not transmitted to our servers.
